Q: We really like one of your designs but have some of our own ideas! Are We able to make changes/alterations to any of your designs?

A: Yes, We love designing homes & furthermore encourage you to make the changes that suit you & your families New Home.

Q: We like your standard inclusions but are wondering if they are flexible?

A: Yes. Our " standard inclusions list " is extensive, detailed, impressive & flexible. You have the choice to select from our standard range or you are more than welcome to select items that you prefer from outside our standard range.  

Q: We have found a block We love, are We able to meet with you on site to discuss our ideas?

A: Yes, We can meet with you & discuss finished floor heights, orientation, energy efficiency, landscaping etc. 

Q: We understand you are based in Traralgon, Do you build in other areas?

A: Yes, We build throughout right across Gippsland & the La Trobe Valley.

Q: Do you offer fixed quotes?

A: Yes, Our quotes are fixed with the cost of items detailed & clearly outlined with No hidden cost. You have the flexibility & choice to altering selections throughout the " building period " with minimal fuss.

Q: What is your average " build time "?

A: Depending on the size of your New Home We can complete your New Home in under 6 months.

Q: We have our own plans. Are you able to quote to build our New Home?

A: Yes, We encourage you to bring in your plans for quoting. We offer free quotes, our quotes are fixed priced meaning that in most cases all items are quoted and not just a " general allowance ", eliminating extra costs throughout the build process.
